The Greater Kelly Development Corporation (GKDC) is exploring contracting options for retaining one or more contractors to assist in the community's redevelopment efforts for Kelly Air Force Base. The purpose of this Request for Information is to seek input from contractors experienced in the redevelopment process and industrial center operations. GKDC is currently considering various scenarios for the structuring of one or more contracts and is seeing input from the base redevelopment and industrial center industries on the feasibility of such combined contracting scenarios.
