The Naval Air Warfare Center, Weapons Division, China Lake, CA intends to procure on an other than full and open competitive basis the following services: One (1) year maintenance and repair services for VG Tribrid Mass Spectrometer. The services shall include one (1) preventive maintenance visit, and all required repairs. The repairs must be completed within 120 hours of notification and shall include labor, parts and travel. Because the equipment is proprietary to the manufacturer - Fison Instruments; the services are being procured on a non-competitive basis.
