Clutz (301) 619-2395 (Site Code DAMD17) The Department of Biologics Research (DBR), Pilot Bioproduction Facility, Walter Reed Army Institute of Research (WRAIR), located at Forest Glen, MD has a requirement for the provision of specialized technical support services for pre-clinical testing of vaccines. The Contractor shall have an established testing facility that meets all specifications of Good Laboratory Practices (GLP). Individuals who supervise or are engaged in testing shall have education and experience to enable that individual to perform his duties. A final report shall be prepared for each study that shall include the results of all testing on a test article. SIC code for this requirement is 8731 and 500 employees. The contractor's will give oral presentations on their technical capabilities and will be evaluated against the technical evaluation criteria listed in the solicitation. The Government contemplates a Firm Fixed-Price Contract with a base period and two (2) one year options. Limited quantities of solicitation are available.
