HUD is seeking contract services to obtain operational support and technical assistance to Community Planning Development (CPD) program participants in using the Integrated Disbursement and Information System (IDIS) and related systems; developing technical assistance and training materials that will provide users with instructions on how to make effective use of the data and systems in operating their community programs; analyzing IDIS and other source data for assessing grantee performance in CPD programs, including assisting HUD Headquarters staff in preparing reports on program performance; conducting surveys of program participants on information management needs and innovations, and assisting HUD in meeting those needs. The period of performance is 60 months from date of award. This solicitation will be available on or about 03/08/96.
