The Bureau of the Public Debt, intends on issuing a solicitation for 24 hour armed security guard services to cover all four Parkersburg, Public Debt locations. The contractor shall plan, schedule, coordinate, and assure the effective completion of: facilities access control, physical security, control, storage, and issuance of keys, monitoring security, fire and utility systems, flying the United States and Department of the Treasury flags, preparation and maintenance of required logs, forms, and reports, greeting and screening visitors, and miscellaneous duties relative to hazardous conditions and emergency situations.
