S -- PROVIDE LAUNDRY BUNDLE SERVICE FOR ROTC CADETS SOL DAKF40-96-B-0008 DUE 041596 POC Contract Specialist TISHER RAYE (910) 396-4362 X229 (Site Code DAKF40) Provide all personnel, equipment, supplies, transportation, facility and any other item necessary to provide Laundry Bundle Services for ROTC Cadets in Contractor owned/operated facility during the period 7 June 1996 through 1 August 1996. A 48-hour turn-around time is required for this service. The place of performance for this service is unknown at this time, but the possible places or areas of performance for which the contracting officer has wage determinations are as follows: North Carolina, Counties of Cumberland County, Guilford, Pitt, Forsyth, Lee and Cusseta (Chatahoochie County) Georgia. The Contracting Officer will request wage determinations for additional possible places of performance, if asked to do so in writing. The time and date by which requests for wage determinations for additional places must be received by the contracting officer is close of business (4:00 P.M.(ET) 10 days from date of issuance of the solicitation. The applicable Standard Industrial Classification Code is 7211. To be considered a small business under this code, a concern, including its affiliates, average annual receipts for the last 3 fiscal years must not exceed $10.5 Million. All requests for this solicitation must be in writing. Due to automation of the Bidder's Mailing List, certain pertinent information is required before vendors can be added to the list.
