The U.S. Marshals (USMS) intends to modify its existing contract (MS-93-D-0017) with Charter Services, Inc. P.O. Box 25604, Albuquerque, NM to add a requirement for a short term lease of a DC9 series aircraft on short notice. The lease of the aircraft would be under the same terms and conditions as is currently in the contract for lease of Boeing 727 aircraft. This change will be made to the third and fourth option years of the contract. See Note 22. (0046)
