Units include 1200 SF 3 bedroom, 1350 SF 4 bedroom, and 1350 SF 5 bedroom. Existing utilities and utility infrastructure are to be retained and may be reused in the demolition areas. New utility infrastructure will be required in the virgin areas. The units contained in this solicitation will comply with the EPA ''Energy Star Homes'' Program and as such will contain features and materials designed to enhance the performance of the units. Systems and materials included may exceed those normally expected in residential constructions. Base bid also includes tot lots, basketball courts, tennis courts, and features normally included in residential developments. The project has a mandatory established construction limit of $18,260,000.00. Duration of the project is 720 calendar days.
