Spaulding & Slye Co., is the lease holder for the Rockledge Buildings and the only source to provide repairs and maintenance. The contractor shall be responsible for the initiation of each assigned task within 24 hours of a request and completion within 48 hours. After each task is completed, the work shall be inspected and approved by the requestor. This is not a request for competitive proposals.
