Replace existing chilled water pumps P-12 and P-13, existing condenser water pumps P-5 and P-6, adding chiller pumps P-16 and P-17 and revising the chilled water piping system. Installing/modifying DDC controls, Staefa only, on new chillers and pumping systems. Asbestos abatement in the west mechanical room. Project 96-0086-2 consists of, but is not limited to, replacing existing cooling tower and modify existing piping at the tower. Provide new condenser water sidestream filtration system and associated piping. Installing/modifying DDC controls, Staefa only, on the new cooling tower.
