WILDE (520) 533-2232 E-mail: wildes@huachuca-emh12.army.mil (Site Code DAEA32) The United States Army Information Systems Engineering Command is seeking information on potential sources for two(2) Independent Collection Equipment (ICE) Tactical Manpack Direction Finding systems to be used in the detection and location of sources of electromagnetic interference. Each system should consist of: one Receiver/DF Processor; one DF antenna; one hand-held controller; one each tripod, headset, and compass; and one set of network controller software compatible with any IBM-type personal computer operating with Windows 3.1 or later. Complete specifications may be downloaded from the Electronic Bulletin Board System (EBBS) The EBBS can be accessed by dialing, using any communications program, ANSI VT100 or RIPGRAPHIC (520) 533-0132. Modems should be 28800 bps. The EBBS may also be accessed at TELNET 138.27.160.159, or via the Internet at http://138.27.160.159.
