Litton is the manufacturer and holds all patents and proprietary rights to the system. Delivery shall commence 30 days after effective date of contract. FOB destination terms apply with inspection and acceptance at NAVSURFWARCENDIV Crane. All responsible sources may submit an offer which will be considered.
