Description of content: (1) The provisions of the existing technical regulations only applicable to gas equipments and appliances which will be transferred from ``First-class Gas Equipments and Appliances'' to ``Second-class Gas Equipments and Appliances'' will be deleted and new technical regulations for such gas equipments and appliances classified in ``Second-class Gas Equipments and Appliances'' will be established. (2) The provision of the existing technical regulations only applicable to gas equipments and appliances which will be excluded from the above two categories will be deleted. 7. Objective and rationale: To review categorization of gas equipments and appliances for streamlining regulations and to make necessary adjustment on technical regulations for such equipments and appliances. 8. Relevant documents: The basic law is the Gas Utility Industry Law. This ordinance will appear in ``KAMPO'' (Official Government Gazette) when adopted. 9.
