Overhaul, Renew, and Test Valves 4. Inspect and Overhaul Electrohydraulic Steering 5. Remove, Inspect, and Reinstall Rudder Assemblies 6. Overhaul Anchor(s) and Anchor Chain(s) 7. Preserve Chain Locker and Sump 8. Non-destructive Coating System thickness measurements. 9. Clean and Inspect Sewage and Grey Water 10. Temporary Logistics 11. Routine Drydocking 12. Clean Exhaust Piping for the MDE SSDG and Boiler 13. Preserve Antenna and Antenna Foundations 14. Preserve Bilges in Engine Room 15. Overhaul Ventilation Fan Motors 16. Erect Mast Staging 17. Preserve All ``White Exterior Surfaces'' 18. Clean and Inspect Diesel Fuel JP-5 Fuel and Lube Oil Tanks 19. Repair Diesel Fuel Tanks 20. Renewal of A/C Salt water Piping. 21. The proposed contract will also contain indefinite items including but not limited to: 1. Welding Repairs 2. Destructive Coating System Thickness Measurements 3. Ultrasonic Testing 4. Additional Temporary Logistics 5. Provide additional New Diesel Fuel (100 gal. increments) 6. Renew Strut Chocking 7. Preserve Sewage and Grey Water Collection and holding Tanks 8. Preserve Underwater Body 9. Provide Additional Temporary Berthing. USCGC CONFIDENCE's homepier is Cape Canaveral, FL. USCGC CONFIDENCE's availability is scheduled for on or about 29 May 1996. The performance period is forty-two (42) calendar days. Large and Small Businesses are encouraged to submit bids. There are no Geographical Restrictions. Work is to be performed at the contractor's facility. Solicitation (IFB) is anticipated to be issued on or about March 08, 1996. There will be a non-refundable charge of $100.00 required in the form of a certified check or money order made payable to the United States Coast Guard for requested drawings and publications.
