The Bureau of the Public Debt, Savings Bonds Marketing Office, intends to acquire advertising services which shall include public service advertisements from October 1, 1996, through September 30, 1997, with four one-year options. A preproposal conference will be held on March 15, 1996, at 10:30 a.m. in Washington, DC. Additional information concerning the pre-proposal conference will be provided in the RFP. Requests for the RFP must be submitted in writing to the above address, or they may be faxed to 304-480-6632. In addition, to requesting a copy of the RFP, offerors are requested to identify in the request the names of the representatives that will attend the preproposal conference. Due to security requirements, attendance must be confirmed by March 11, 1996. The Bureau of the Public Debt assumes no responsibility for the receipt of facsimile transmissions.
