The requirement is as follows: print 700 text page report, head to head from PDF file or from camera ready copy. Must print minimum 600 bpi. Text, 50 pounds uniform shade white offset paper. Includes: 80 pound dull coated cover 8-1/2'' x 11''; 80 pound dull coated slip-in spine 2-1/4'' x 11''; covers 1,2 and spine print ready in reflex blue C; set of 31 laminated 2'' rounded tips and bind tabs 110 white index with black ink (printed but not inserted). Text and Tabs drilled with three 3/8'' diameter holes, center on the left side and spaced 4-1/4'' center to center. Binder not required. Each product separately boxed and sealed with identification number imprinted on side. Please quote on the following quantities: 5,000 and 7,500 copies. Prices shall include cost of all required materials, operations, assembly and delivery to NTIS.
