The scope is as follows: This project consist of but not limited to new construction, reconstruction, and repair of flexible and rigid pavements including the airdrome. Operations vary but may incorporate any of the following: Excavation, preparation of a pavement structure by placing new stabalized aggregate base course; and priming flexible base for single and double bituminous surface treatment application. Pavements may require leveling and/or overlaying of wearing surface course consisting of Hot Mix Asphalt Concrete (HMAC) material; adjustment of existing utilities valves, manholes and structures to conform to new pavement grades; new concrete curbs and/or curb and gutters, and sidewalks; sealing of pavement random cracks, minor concrete work and all required pavement markings. Some parking areas shall be required to be paved during the weekend. The cost range is: $1 - 5 million (options). General Contract Requirements: Contract shall provide for initial year and one optional year. Estimated annual dollar amount is $600,000. Minimum delivery order shall be $25,000. Maximum delivery order shall be $500,000. Guarantee minimum under this contract is $25,000. The approximate issue/response date will be 08 Mar 96. No telephone requests.
