The work includes installation of smoke detectors, emergenc and exit lights, fire rated enclosure for stairwells, fire and rated doors, associated devices and other incidental related work. The requirement is estimated between $100,000.00 and $250,000.00. A Firm Fixed Price contract is anticipated. Bids will be solicited for the proposed contract on an unrestricted basis as to business size. The contract duration is 365 calendar days after receipt of contract award.
