Campbell or Purchasing Agent, Eddie Porter 501/988-6062 (Site Code DAHA03) The 189th Airlift Wing proposes to procure an Audio/Visual Integration System for which the contractor will provide equipment, furnishings, installation, testing and training. Contractor furnished equipment will include, but not be limited to, speakers necessary to provide a quality presentation, a speaker in the control booth with the separate volume control, an amplifier to support the speakers, a lectern microphone with 15' of cable, two (2) wireless microphones, and a remote control device to be ''AMX'', ''Creston'', or equal for auditorium audio/visual control. It shall support the following Government furnished equipment: Elmo EV500AF visual presenter, Panasonic AG7350 VHS video cassette recorder, two (2) Kodak Ektapro 9010 slide projectors, Marantz PMD510 cassette player, Sony CDP-C445 compact disc player, and NEC 9PG-Extra video projector. Control will be from a Government furnished lectern and control booth. The contractor will furnish and install racking system for the above equipment including mounting of the equipment. The system shall be complete with all necessary end items, software, hardware, and cabling required for a complete installation. The place of performance will be the ANG Facilities, LRAFB, AR, Building #118. The applicable Standard Industrial Classification (SIC) code is 1731, size standard is $7.0 .
