The Air Force Development Test Center (AFDTC) intends to solicit and negotiate with only one source, Tektronix, Inc., Federal Operation, P O Box 4600, MS 50-290, Beaverton OR 97076-4600, 1-800-682-1210, ext 3950. In accordance with FAR 6.302-1, Tektronix Inc is the only known source that can meet the Government's minimum essential requirements for the Tektronix Oscilloscope, part number TDS684B with Options 95, CAL Data Report, Test Data and Option 96, CAL Certificate of Traceable Calibration which has four input channels, sampling at 5 Gigasamples per second, and a 1 GHz input. Each channel has a record length of at least 15,000 points, a vertical resolution of 8 bits and a sensitivity of 1mV to 10 volts per division with a maximum input voltage of 400 volts. The scope has a 3.5 inch floppy disk drive to store the waveform data and the setup files with outputs that are compatible with an IBM personal computer using both ASCII and Math CAD formats.
