The Air Force Development Test Center (AFDTC), under simplified acquisition procedures, is competitively soliciting in the form of a request for quotation for a signal generator that operates over the 500 Mhz to 20 Ghz frequency range. Front panel controls for manual function entry and GPIB controller interface for computer control. Frequency resolution of 0.1 Hz. Ovenized quartz 10 Mhz oscillator for high stability time base. Continuous wave and phase locked step sweep modes. Analog sweep over any 6 GHZ band of entire operating frequency range. Capability for sweep triggering to be either internal, external or single shot. Leveled outpower equal to or greater than + 15 dBm over the 2-20 Ghz frequency range. Provisions for internal and external amplitude modulation, frequency modulation and pulse modulation. Up to 1 Mhz pulse repetition frequency. Output connector on front panel must be a 3.5 millimeter connector or equivalent. All components packaged in single chassis with mass not to exceed 35 kilograms.
