FOLLOW-ON-TO-TOW (FOTT) MISSILE SYSTEM. POC Felicia Jones, Contract

Integrated Product Teams (IPTs) for the Follow-on-To-TOW Program (FOTT)
program will consist of a series of quarterly meetings to provide a
Pre-EMD forum for the Government and Interested U.S. system qualified
prime contractors. Meeting topics will be limited to Pre-EMD test range
support coordination, and interpretation/clarification of RFP
requirements. The IPT meetings will begin after the release of the
draft RFP and continue until the submission of the final proposal
update as outlined in the updated ''FOTT Planned Path to Contract
Award'', located at the Redstone Scientific Information Center (RSIC),
Reading Room. All meetings will be held at MICOM with a two hour
maximum per quarter with each contractor. Contractors must schedule
meetings within the timeframes outlined in the ''FOTT Planned Path To
Contract Award'', through the Acquisition Center, POC Ms. Felicia
Jones, FAX 205-842-7146. The written request including agenda and list
of attendees, must be submitted 15 days in advance of the requested
date for Government review/approval. The Government will notify the
contractor upon the approval of their request. The Government will keep
minutes of each meeting which will be provided to each contractor on
his particular meeting. A sanitized quarterly roll-up of all issues
from all contractors will be put in the reading room at RSIC by the
third week of the last month in each quarter. Upon receipt of requests,
