The Notice of Contract Action (NOCA) published 10 Aug 95 entitled ''Infrared Techniques Experiments (ITE) (AAK 96-01) is hereby amended to put on notice that the solicitation for this effort will be under the R&D Streamlining Contract Procedures (RDSCP) in accordance with DFARS 235.70. A standard Request for Proposal (RFP) will not be issued. Contractors be aware that the solicitation will be published in the CBD and a formal solicitation will not be mailed to any respondees to the first NOCA.
