C -- LUMP SUM ARCHITECT ENGINEER CONTRACT TO REVISE PROJECT DRAWINGS AND SPECIFICATIONS FOR THE C-130 ADD TO AND ALTER FIELD TRAINING CILITY AT LITTLE ROCK AIR FORCE BASE SOL DACA03-96-R-0012 DUE 032196 POC Lewie Wallace, (501)324-5045. The Contractor is required to furnish all services, materials, supplies, plant, labor and equipment required to revise existing project drawings and specifications for the C-130 Add to and Alter Field Training Facility at Little Rock Air Force. Specific elements of work include minor detail corrections, structural connection details, fire protection drawing revisions, and specification revisions. Drawings are required to be fully compatible with AutoCADD Release 12. The project drawings and specifications are required to be revised in a compressed time schedule (No Later Than 30 September 1996). The contractor is required to assume full liability for design and to stamp all drawings as the Architect-Engineer of Record. The Little Rock District, Corps of Engineers plans to award a sole source contract to Burt Taggart & Associates, Inc., based on their performance of the original design of the project under a previous contract with Little Rock Air Force Base. Negotiations are planned to begin on 25 March 1996. Firms are invited to identify their interest and capability to respond to the source. (0051)
