This preliminary copy of the RFP will be available on or about February 28, 1996. All interested parties may request a copy of the preliminary RFP in writing or retrieve it electronically through the World Wide Web. Comments may be submitted to the contracting officer listed above in writing by fax or e-mail. This synopsis is not a request for proposal and should not be interpreted as a committment by the Government, however a formal RFP is contemplated.
