The Naval Surface Warfare Center, Dahlgren Division (NSWCDD) has a requirement for engineering support services to NSWCDD as related to target vulnerability, target survivability and weapon efffects studies of surface targets and weapon system effectiveness. The work to be performed will support weaponeering and effectiveness assessments of industrial targets and may include the relationship between equipment damage and facility output. The weapon effects to be studied include blast, fragmentation, shock and projectile penetration. Indefinite Delivery/Indefinite Quantity type contract anticipated; approximately 24 man-years for a five year period. This is not a follow-on procurement.
