SWIZEWSKI, (215)697-9639 Fleet and Industrial Supply Center, Norfolk Detachment Philadelphia intends to solicit through Full and Open Competitive procedures logistics and training services in automated supply management through on site assistance/training, formal training, and data base validation/correction/reconciliation. The activities to be supported include the Naval Supply Systems Command (NAVSUP), Fitting Out and Supply Support Assistance Center (FOSSAC), Fleet Commanders (CINCs) staff, Type Commanders (TYCOMs) staffs, Marine Aircraft Wing staffs, Marine Aviation Logistics Squadrons, Naval Construction Force Staffs/Units, Naval Special Warfare Command Staffs/Units, and TYCOM's subordinate afloat and ashore activities utilizing SNAP/NTCSS supported AIS. Services include supply management analysis, on-site assistance visits, design, evaluation, development, presentation, documentation of training and general supply management problem analysis, which includes defining problem areas or potential problem areas and their recommended resolutions, and assist/train unit personnel to initiate and complete necessary corrective action. The services are to be provided on a cost plus fixed fee basis. The estimated level of effort is 263,973 manhours annually. The estimated level of effort will be distributed among the following labor categories: Project Manager, Assistant Project Manager, Senior Supply Analyst, Senior Data Processing Analyst, Supply Analyst, Data Processing Analyst, Instructor, and Clerk Typist. Services are required for the period 08 September 1996 through 7 September 1997 with four one year renewal options. All responsible sources may submit a proposal which shall be considered by the Fleet and Industrial Supply Center.
