Sponsorship of Pacific Air Forces Command Great American Road Trip Program. Cash or in-kind sponsorship is sought for esprit de corps program focused on military families in the Pacific. Installations are located in Japan, South Korea, Alaska, Hawaii and Guam with an audience of approximately 150,000 military, family members, DOD civilians. Items for consideration include a single grand prize of an American-made automobile; round trip air fare for two to popular tourist locations in the United States (total of nine sets desired); one week's lodging (total of nine desired); one week's car rental (total of nine desired); sets of two tickets to tourist attractions in each location; other vacation-associated items (i.e., sunglasses, cameras, coolers, suntan lotion, luggage, certificates for gas and food, tickets to tourist attractions, cellular telephones, calling cards, etc) in quantities sufficient to create prizes packages for eight installations over a 90-day promotion; promotional T-shirts; and promotional materials/expenses. The program will run June, July and August with three ``road trips'' awarded each month and a grand prize drawing in September 96. Sponsor benefits include product displays; program signage; mention and/or advertisement in promotional materials; direct mail and other recognition and marketing opportunities. More than one sponsor may be accepted and additives will be considered. Requests for product exclusivity will be considered. Requests for copies of solicitation must be received no later than 8 Mar 96. This is a solicitation for commercial sponsorship by a nonappropriated fund instrumentality of the United States Government. It does not obligate appropriated funds of the government. (051)
