The contract provides for mail processing and handling services for the Department of State's classified and unclassified Diplomatic Pouch and Mail Division. The contractor is required to have a top secret facility security clearance. It is anticipated that the contract extension will provide for a base period of six months with a six month option period. The Department is currently recompeting this requirement as a small business set aside under Solicitation S-OPRAQ-96-R-0600.
