The U.S. Agency for International Development plans to issue an RFP for a three-year fixed rate requirements contract with three one-year option periods for the provision of English language testing and training services for USAID/Egypt. These services will include the provision of English language classes and English language proficiency testing for USAID/Egypt participant trainee candidates and, on a more limited basis, English for Special Purposes classes for Egyptian counterparts. All services will take place in Egypt. U.S. organizations interested in submitting offers for this solicitation may request a copy of the Request for Proposals (RFP) No. 263-96-P-017 by submitting a written request along with three self-addressed mailing labels. In this respect, it is anticipated that the prime contractor will make every reasonable effort to identify and make maximum practicable use of such concerns. All other evaluation criteria being found equal, the participation of such concerns may become a determining factor for selection.
