This will be an unrestricted procurement and not set aside for participation by only small business concerns. Furnish flight services fully contractor operated and maintained consisting of six single turbine; 8 twin turbine or equal aircraft in support of Mineral Management Service; and two single turbine or equal aircraft in support of the US Coast Guard Outer Continental Shelf programs for the period October 1, 1996 to September 30, 1997. The term of the contract will be one year with options to renew for four additional years. Designated bases, Houma, New Orleans, Lafayette, and Lake Charles and Morgan City, Louisiana and Lake Jackson, Corpus Christi and Galveston, Texas. Contractor will be required to be certificated under 14 CFR, Chapter 135, Air Taxi Operators and Commercial Operators.
