The U.S. Army, Fort Bragg, North Carolina has a requirement for furnishing all labor, materials, supplies, services, transportation, and equipment for three (3) major carnivals and one (1) mini carnival during period 1 Jan 1997 through 31 December 1997 with four (4) option years. The solicitation will contain the actual dates for the carnivals for the base year. The option year dates for carnivals will be established at a later time. Time and date for receipt of proposals will be included in the solicitation. Requests for solicitation must be in writing, reference solicitation number and title, and state that contractor is not currently on a consolidated list of debarred, suspended and ineligible contractors or otherwise ineligible to receive Government contracts.
