The work includes the furnishing of all labor, materials, equipment and services necessary for construction of a new South Central Branch Post Office in Boca Raton, Florida on a site located on Via Ancho Rd. off Boca Rio Rd., West of the turnpike. The building will have approximately 28,000 gross SF of floor space. Construction features include steel frame construction, brick veneer, modified bitumen roof, site work, electrical, HVAC, concrete, carpentry, painting, plumbing, glass store front and other work associated with Postal construction. The estimated cost of this project is between $2,250,000 and $2,600,000 with completion within 330 calendar days after receipt of Notice to Proceed.
