Work includes filling of one 7-foot-wide-by-8-foot-high exploratory horseshoe adit entirely with non-reinforced concrete; excavation of rippable and non-rippable rock material for the dam foundation and office area; excavating and grading of a haul road; construction of a foundation perimeter rock fence; construction of a rail system along the excavated foundation and powerline location.
