Provide labor, materials, transportation and equipment to replace all water closets in the bathrooms of the housing units at the USCG Family Housing, Kia'i Kai Hale, Phase I and II, with new water conservation type water closets. Work also includes replacing the control stop valves, supply riser tubes and wax rings. A total of 606 new water closets are to be installed. The work is located at the USCG Housing Kia'i Kai Hale, Phase I and II, Red Hill, Honolulu, Hawaii. All work to be completed no later than 210 calendar days after receipt of Notice to Proceed. This solicitation is issued under and the resulting contract to be awarded under the Small Business Competitive Demonstration Program. The estimated cost of this work is between $100,000 to $250,000.
