Dawson (502) 798-7857 (Site Code DAKF23) Upgrade firebreak, consisting of installing culverts, headwalls, filling, cutting, crowing, ditching, shaping back-slopes, installing riprap, gravelling specified surfaces, establishing erosion control structures, and vegetating back-slopes on all or designated segments of approximately 13.2 miles of dirt firebreak on the East, North and West sides of the North Artillery Impact Area at Fort Campbell, Kentucky. Some clearing and grubbing may be required to allow for grade of 2:1 on back-slopes. Work is located 15 to 30 miles from Gate 4. The SIC Code is 1629/$17.0 million. The estimated dollar range is between $250,000 and $500,000. The performance period will be 360 calendar days. This acquisition is issued pursuant to the ''Business Opportunity Development Reform Act of 1988'' and subsequent award will be subject to the Small Business Competitiveness Demonstration Program.
