The replacement bristles shall be so designed to fit properly into the cores and be an authorized replacement part by the manufacturer of the cores. The replacement bristle sections shall be approximately 33 inches in length, have 20 tufts of 0.045 mm wire-zinc coated. The wire tufts shall be inserted into plastic cups and fastened to the bristle section. The sections shall be constructed from plastic with a metal cap inserted for strengthening the section. The wire tufts shall be approximately 11 inches in length. The proposed procurement listed herein is set aside for 100% Small Business Concerns. Simplified acquisition procedures will be followed.
