Item(S) will be shipped to and from contractor'sfacility at contractor'S expense. A performance Bond is required on each machine. Performance time on each machine will be 240 days after issuance of a deliveryorder. Solicitation is unrestricted. Both large and small businesses may submit a proposal which will beconsidered.
