Martinez, (301)427-3958 The Department of Veterans Affairs Central Office, Acquisition Operations Service intends to issue a request for proposal for a Replacement Telephone System at the VA Medical Center, Muskogee, Oklahoma, RFP 101-19-96. This replaces RFP 101-52-95. The Standard Industrial Classification (SIC) code for this procurement is 1731.
