Suppliers, to be considered, shall have submitted data for keycode ESAM, slash sheet 469, as required by MIL-M-28787 paragraph 6.3 and received preliminary approval of such data from the Standard Electronic Module (SEM) Quality Assurance Activity. Additionally, suppliers shall provide objective evidence that they have within the last 5 years successfully maintained SEM product on the MIL-I-28787 Qualified Product List. Delivery is required at NAVAL AIR WARFARE CENTER AIRCRAFT DIVISION INDIANAPOLIS in lots of 10 each part number every 30 days starting 180 days after award of contract.
