Licenses for Pharmacy Management System. The U.S. Coast Guard intends
to acquire a commercially available system for automated support of
specific pharmacy features and will not contract for the design and
development of the system. The system shall consist of the software
necessary to meet stated requirements, the peripheral equipment
components needed to operate the system and contractor support which
will be specified in the forthcoming solicitation. The U.S. Coast Guard
anticipates issuing a Request for Proposal (RFP) solicitation on or
about March 29, 1996. This solicitation will be available in hardcopy
form. To request a copy of the RFP, mail your written request to

Street S.W., Washington, DC 20593-0001. THIS NOTICE IS FOR INFORMATION
PURPOSES FOR MINORITY, WOMEN-OWNED AND DISADVANTAGED BUSINESS
ENTERPRISES: The Department of Transportation (DOT), Office of Small
and Disadvantaged Business Utilization (OSDBU), has a program to assist
minority, women-owned and disadvantaged business enterprises to acquire
short-term working capital assistance for transportation-related
contracts. Loans are available under the DOT Short Term Lending Program
(STLP at prime interest rates to provide accounts receivable financing.
