mark scanners and the associated software to design patient encounter
forms to be used at 30 medical clinics located throughout the United
States. Equipment components and system software shall be selected from
announced, commercially available and demonstrable ADP equipment and
software. This equipment shall be current production models. The U.S.
Coast Guard anticipates issuing a Information For Bid (IFB)
solicitation on or about March 29, 1996. This solicitation will be
available in hardcopy form. To request a copy of the IFB, mail your

Headquarters, 2100 Second Street S.W., Washington, DC 20593-0001. THIS
NOTICE IS FOR INFORMATION PURPOSES FOR MINORITY, WOMEN-OWNED AND
DISADVANTAGED BUSINESS ENTERPRISES: The Department of Transportation
(DOT), Office of Small and Disadvantaged Business Utilization (OSDBU),
has a program to assist minority, women-owned and disadvantaged
business enterprises to acquire short-term working capital assistance
for transportation-related contracts. Loans are available under the DOT
Short Term Lending Program (STLP at prime interest rates to provide
accounts receivable financing. The maximum line credit is $500,000. For
