70 -- MODIFICATION OF ARTS IIA DBRITE KEYCAPS SOL DTFA01-96-R-18021 POC Patricia W. Willis, Contracting Officer, (202) 233-3564, facsimile (202) 233-5240 The Federal Aviation Administration plans to procure 795 ARTS IIA DBRITE Keycap kits. Each kit shall contain 32 keycaps. The keycap part numbers 13C-16037-01-33 through 13C-16037-32 shall be modified to reflect functions to simulate the ARTS IIE/IIIE keyboard. The changes and replacement keycaps meet the requirements for the ARTS IIE. The keycaps shall be manufacturered to meet the specifications of the existing ARTS IIA DBRITE keyboard. - 32 keycaps out of the 36 existing keycaps on the ARTS IIA DBRITE keyboard will make-up a DBRITE keycap kit. - The FAA requires 795 ARTSIIE kits. - The kits will be shipped f.o.b. destination to: FAA Logisticis Center, 6500 South MacArthur Boulevard, Oklahoma City, OK 73169 The kits are required within 12 weeks after contract award. The contract period is for 12 weeks after contract award. This purchase will be made on a noncompetitive basis with Capitol Switch, Inc. The keycaps shall be procured under the authority of other than full and open competition, FAR 6.302-1 Only one responsible source and no other supplies or services will satisfy agency requirements.
