Pizzuti 703-305-6634 or FAX to 703-305-6786 GSA (3FNOJ-Co) intends to extend existing contracts on Federal supply schedule 71, part III, section T for display and communication boards for an additional five year period. Also, GSA intends to issue Solicitation 3FNO-96-J102-N3 for the third open Season. The procurement is 100% small business set-aside. The contract period will be October 1, 1996, (or date ofaward, whichever is later) through September 20, 2001. All resulting contracts will be indefinite-delivery indefinite quantity contract with a $100 guaranteedminimum. All resulting Contracting will contain a maximum order. The maximum order is a level that is established to assist customer agencies to determine when the opportunity for obtaining a price decrease has been reached. When an order exceeds this level, It is recommended that the agency seek a pricereduction, before placing the order. All resulting contract will require contractors to submit electronic contract data in a prescribed format for addition to GSA advantage, an on-line electronic database. The Solicitation issue date is on or about February 27, 1996, with a 30 Day Solicitation period from the date of issuance.
