Goodnight Avenue, Corvallis, Oregon. The Contractor shall perform the work with personnel having experience in landscape maintenance of large facilities. The facility at 200 S.W. 35th Street has twelve buildings 1ocated on a ten acre site, surrounded by Oregon State University. The facility at 1350 S.E. Goodnight Avenue, which is approximately four miles from the 200 S.W. 35th Street site, has eight buildings on ten acres in a rural setting. The Government anticipates award of a firm fixed price contract. The basic contract period will be from date of award through 4/30/97, and two 12-month options to extend the period of performance.
