The A&E must demonstrate the capability within its office to create and work contract drawings in Integraph Corporation's Microstation version 5.0 format which is the CADD system in use by the 66th Civil Engineer Squadron. The brochures of firms that do not demonstarte the ability to work within Microstation will not be reviewed. Conversions from another CADD system do not satisfy this requirement. 2. The ability to provide CADD drawing files in Microstation format (item ''d'') is no longer an evaluation factor. 3. The due date for the submittal of SF254's and SF255's is March 15, 1996.
