The anticipated services dates are as follows: Base Three Year Period, effective 06/15/96 through 06/14/99, with the possibility of two - three year Option periods. A pre-bid conference is tentatively scheduled for Thursday, March 28, 1996 at 10:30 a.m. at the U.S. Appraisers Store in Baltimore, Maryland. Bid/ Performance bonds are required for this project. Previous acquisition history: Services are currently being performed by Millar Elevator Service Company of Baltimore, MD at a monthly contract price of $3,500.00. A union agreement with the National Elevator Industry, Inc. Local No. 7 of the International Union of Elevator Constructors is applicable to this project.
