Evaluation criteria will include: (1)proposed price for Schedule A,B and C; (2)proposed price for updating for one, two and three years under Schedule D; (3)proposed price for court testimony and revisions, modifications, and additional work under Schedule D. Technical evaluation criteria will include: (a)technical evaluation of the appraiser's resume, (education,knowledge,and experience); (b)experience in appraising similar types of properties including wetlands & uplands, rural residential, hunting camps,farmland and commercial establishments; (c)experience and knowledge of the general and local area;(d)location of firm within the State of Florida;(e)court experience(being accepted as an expert witness)(may be included in resume);(f)past responsiveness to time, terms and conditions inpreparation and submission of appraisals to clients; (g) and preparation and completeness of proposal.
