The data base shall contain Very High Frequency (VHF) Navigation Aids (NAVAIDS), Waypoints and Airports for specific locations. Standard data shall be provided on a 56-day cycle basis and optional data base shall be provided within three working days. Navigation data in Aeronautical Radio Incorporated (ARINC) 424 format and encoding standards shall be furnished to the Coast Guard's Central Update Facility (CUF), Cedar Rapids, Iowa. The Coast Guard anticipates award of a firm-fixed price contract utilizing full and open competition. The period of performance anticipated is one base year with four one-year options. All requests for proposals (RFPs) must be in writing. Telephonic requests will not be honored.
