Contractor to have a minimum of five years experience with this type of system (curved roofs) and must be certified by manufacturer of the system. Use of on-site portable formers will not be permitted. Estimated cost of proposed acquisition is between $1,000,000 and $5,000,000. No tel requests. An Ombudsman has been established for this acquisition.
